Problems with AD's version

Hi,
we have problem with AD's version. AD that we put in front of some video, don't start immediately but
first you can see 1-2 second of video, then AD, then video again: http://mreza.tv/dnevnik-28-06-2014/
( try to play video ).
We manage AD's through DoubleClicks for Publishers. Can you advice us, what can be wrong?
AD's format and video formats: mpg4.

In HTML5 mode using Google IMA, sometimes he content will play for a second before. I would update to 6.10, and set flash as primary.
