Can't access a paid Pro account


Hi there,

A client of mine registered for a Pro account and paid, payment went through but the issue is they used their new e-mail which was still being set up at the time. They never got the "Set password" e-mail. When we go to the password reset page, it says "No Account" yet they are getting e-mails from JW Player.

I had them try to register for a free account with that e-mail but that also didn't work.

I am reluctant to leave an e-mail in a public forum, do you guys have some way we can contact you outside of the forum?
