Input for cloud based JW Player

I understand the hosting is new, this is just a suggestion.

Add the option to upload an image to used for poster frame.

Make 'select-frame from video' image a higher quality image than it's currently able to display. Other players using the same method for selecting a poster frame seem to be higher quality.

If you are using our full hosting platform (JW Platform), this feature is already standard. The player accounts only have beta video hosting features.
