IE8 with Flash 13 issue

We're having trouble with JWPlayer 6.9.4867 running with legacy IE8 and Flash 13. We can get JWPlayer to play streams with an upgraded current version of Flash (version 14) but not version 13. We're working with a large corporate client that has the IE8/Flash 13 configuration.
