If I have a jw platform hosting account why can't i re-skin players?

By default, in the platform, the premium skins are already included in the account. Do you have an account?

ok, i will ask again - where do i get the skins from. I have just taken over management of this account for my client - i know nothing about jw player and i want to customise a skin for his new website

The skins are bundled in. If you want to actually download the skins for your platform account to customize, please email our support at support <at> jwplayer <dot> com and we can send them to you.

The default skins are available in the account. You can pick one to use. If you actually want the skins for your designers to customize certain elements of, then you need to get the from our support, as they are given out on an as requested basis. That is why.

The JW Player Pro Skins will go live for users in January 2014. To try the new skins out today, log in to your JW Player account and download them from the account settings page.

Because the sources are provided when they are requested. I have explained this in great detail now at this point. Please email support for the skin sources. The skins are not available for download in the account, they are simply just set to be used when you create players.
