Performance Issues

We are seeing several performance issues as of late. Would it be possible to arrange a call with someone from the JW Player development or technical team?

Our problems:
- Screen goes green for a moment
- Skipping around, forward and backward when switching bitrates
- Everything turning to pastel colors intermittently
