JW Player Flash fallback giving Error: Error calling method on NPObject! when other html5 vid on pag

Hi

I have a JW player on a page and a seperate slide presentation that displays a video using the video tag.

If JW player is using flash it will play but when the video in the video tag tries to play I get the error 'Error calling method on NPObject!' in the console.

I have put an example of it here - http://testing.justatest.co/ppt2html/

The video is on the last slide (click right on keyboard then click the image on the last slide).

From doing some research I'm pretty sure this is a glitch in the flash code and therefore a JW issue rather than the script creating the slides.

Thanks

Matt

I just checked your site using Firefox 31 on Win7, opened up Firebug, no errors. I can confirm that html5 mode is used since right clicking the player does not bring up a Flash context menu.

HI Ethan

So just to confirm, if you click the slide show to the right and then click the right button on your keyboard to proceed through to the last image which looks like this - http://testing.justatest.co/ppt2html/data/pres/s9s2.png, clicking this image should play a video but I get that error in the firebug console instead.

Thanks

Yes, it works. I don’t get any errors in console.

Hi Ethan

Ok this is a bit weird, no one here can get it to work, chrome reports no errors but does not show the video.

So you can see this video - http://testing.justatest.co/ppt2html/data/pres/vs9s2.ogg

Playing in the slide show?

And the JW Player is in flash mode?

Thanks

No, I don’t see the OGG playing because OGG will not work in Flash. An MP4 plays.
