Firefox uses Flash not html5

Hello

I specifically set the primary option as html5 but Firefox sitll renders Flash. Is it normal behaviour?

Hi Jun,

Yes, if your version of Firefox does not natively support HTML5 video, our player will automatically switch to Flash mode for playback.

Which operating system and Firefox version are you using?
