Ustream.tv stream into JW PLAYER with RTMP Streams

Can someone help me.
I want to have a Ustream.tv stream in the JW PLAYER. So the stream is live through the jw player.
for e.g i want this stream in jw player: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/jnn-karachi
Can someone explain me step by step how to put the rtmp stream from justin to jw player. Where can i find the RTMP stream. Please explain step by step:
