Live Anayltics for Pro License

Hello,

I recently spoke to a woman on the phone about issues we were having with live analytics and how we needed to see how many live sessions we were having while we ran our show.. She told me that the basic analytics would provide us with the a live count of our viewers but I am unable to see any data. After reading a few posts on here it looks like these aren't live anayltics but past traffic which is not what we wanted. We are not interested in using google analytics, we just want a live count like ustream provides. Is this feature available with the Pro License?

Well I think our PBX records the calls I would have to ask IT but I know that her name started with an H it was like henryetta or something of that nature. We were looking for a live viewer count. Anyway I guess we will have to submit a refund ticket..

I mean, you can always use our API to capture live plays into something, and then output it, but the built in player analytics that you get on your dashboard account are definitely not live.
