Your page is working perfectly in Safari on my Mac, but it looks like some browsers do not like the height set to 100%. Your best bet might be to use Javascript to first determine the inside height and width of the browser window and then set the player height and width accordingly. See http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/prop_win_innerheight.asp for more details.
