Logging into the plugin for Wordpress

My Webdev has added JW Player to my site.

However after logging into the WP dashboard I am prommpted to login into my JW Platform account. When I log in with my username and password I get an error "Your login credentials were not accepted. Please try again."

Please no one line response as I am not familiar this this paid for service. I have tried searching etc and cannot find anything.

I will be inserting videos to my site from two sources, YouTube and locally hosted.

Hi Bruce,

I believe you sent us an e-mail as well (which i already replied to) but will add notes here to just in case that wasn’t you.

It sounds like you might have accidentally installed the JW Platform plugin instead of the JW Player plugin. The JW Player plugin should only be asking you for your self-hosted license key, which you can find in your account dashboard.
