Cannot play this stream video on Android

Hi.

I am not able to play this stream video on Android platforms:

It works on Windows but not on Android.

I have tried browsing with Firefox, Chrome and Opera.
I have tried streaming with MX-Player and VLC Player.
Tried on the following devices: Nexus 7, Galaxy Note II, and Samsung S4 Mini.

I am not the developer of that web but I understand that it's made with jwplayer, and I would appreciate if you could kindly provide me with some advice in order to play it on my Android device.

This site is JW5. The website owner would have to update their player to a version that supports Android (6.9)
