creating playlist from local PC video

i have trouble to create a playlist. in the tutorials/articles i've found its explain that we must upload the videos to jwplayer's server than we get the embed code. but i need my playlist load a videos from my local PC or from my localhost in offline mode. how can I build it?

This can be done in your local host, and not using files stored on our server.
