Unable to register secondary user.

I just tried to add a secondary user to my account but received an error.

A user with email 'andrew.canham@s4c.co.uk' already exists. You cannot share your account with them at this time.

Is this because the users has already registered at some point for a trial?

Can you add the account for me?
