Getting no playable sources in safari but chrome is working.

No problem with it in Safari 7.0.5 (or Chrome or Firefox). Make sure you've got Flash installed in Safari - RTMP is a Flash-only protocol.

Indeed. Flash should be installed here. If this is happening on iOS, RTMP will not work.

wasn't aware rtmp was flash only. on a different link i've setup an html5 source so now is playing from non-flash just fine but I left flash as primary. Thanks.
