mp4 file could not be played in iphone&ipad

hi:

the my video's mp4 is h.264 code
the above url can be played in pc,but not play in iphone&ipad.
in iphone&ipad:"error loading media:file could not be played"

i use joomla3.3+k2(2.6.7)+plugins allvideos(4.6.1)
please help me

Hi,

Your video is playing when I point my iPhone directly to the video at http://www.fluid-controls.cn/instruction-manual/wam-vfs-ma.mp4 but it takes a long, long time to load. Do you know if this video was web optimized when it was encoded?
