Full Screen mode with 6.9 in Chrome

I just updated from 6.8 to jwplayer 6.9 and when I go to full screen in Chrome it's not really full screen. I'm running the player as a course in an LMS so the LMS header still appears at the top of the screen. This worked fine in 6.8. Is there something I can do so the player actually goes full screen in Chrome within the LMS? It works fine in other browsers I have tested.

Do you happen to have a link to where this is happening? Full screen in Chrome should behave in the same way between 6.8 and 6.9.
