Problem to acces in Dashboard
Good morning,
I am contact with you because something wrong is happens with my jwplatform account.
We have an account of jwplatform ralmendros@vidiexco.com with amount € of delivery and streaming and we don't be able to access it.
It wearing several weeks asking to link my both account JWplayer and JWplatform. I always ask skip but a week ago I tryed to link both account. The proccess failed and since them I can access to JWPlatform.
When I sign in with my credentials it only show the data of the jwplayer account and does not appear information to access to JWPlatform.
Please We need assist with this issue asap.
our account is ralmendros@vidiexco.com and out last pay was on 30th of may.
