
Displeasure with service
Hi, i am a bit disillusioned and displeased with the support you guys are giving me. Considering that this is a paid product, and i am trying my best to explain the challenges i am getting, but it seems all i get are one line replies offering no real solutions. My emails go unanswered! If this is the way you treat clients, then its awful. I don't think i would have made the payment if i knew this is the service i would get. From calling me, and being very nice, to ignoring my communication??
