JWplayer Cloud (Error loading playlist: Error loading file)

I was having a very hard time with excess buffering on slow DSL connected machines. I moved servers and continued to encounter excess buffering. OK… let’s try JWplayer.com’s “Publish Your Videos” cloud player via the servers where my site is hosted. Equally as bad. OK… let’s try actually uploading the MP4 to JWplayer servers. Now this worked. Accessed site using both Chrome and IE… all good.

Now the issue: attempted to access site using IE9 under Vista Home Premium from the laptop. The site came up, the player box appeared (without JW logo) BUT it stated “Error loading playlist: Error loading file”. How can this be? I used the embed code that was provided. Now the rub… went back and checked the link under Win7 pro and Chrome… all good.

Here’s the link: http://rotorootersewerdrain.com/eggs/4LSC/4lsc_jw_cloud.html

Any thoughts here?

Thanks.

Old IE does not like:

playlist: ‘//jwpsrv.com/feed/iKaTJjCD.rss’,

It has to be:

playlist: ‘http://jwpsrv.com/feed/iKaTJjCD.rss’,

Thanks for your reply... but... in this case it appears to be a function of browser versus code... at least at the simplest level. Changed from IEv9 to current Chrome and all is well again.

When I get a moment I'll work with the "playlist" line.

Thanks much
