RTMPS streaming

the 1st video on the page, if playing from IE10, it will stop after few seconds. i talked to wowza support here is the reply:

"it looks like the player is trying to initialise the playback using the RTMPS protocol and is not able to do it, so it is failing back to RTMPST, which is more fragile and looks like it is failing.
Wowza will send whatever protocol is requested and it's the job of the player to be able to play back the requested stream. Also, it looks like there is an issue when using JW player and NetConnection.Proxy call, which is needed by Wowza for RTMPS streaming. "

Is there any way to fix this?

All of the players here work fine for me, just not the bottom one.
