Distorted video with Flash and in Safari and Firefox

Using the latest versions of JWPlayer, Safari and Firefox with Flash plugin, my live stream is distorted. Simple demo page can be seen here:

No problems with Chrome and IE.

Disabling hardware acceleration does seem to fix this oddly enough. If you set stagevideo to false in your embed, are you seeing the same issues? If so, can you please let me know (Either publicly or privately) what your streaming settings are?
