Broken playback -- black bars around the video

Hi - We are in the process of upgrading from JWPlayer 5 to 6 (and we are using the wordpress plugin). The playback is pretty broken -- there are black bars to either side of the video and if you switch to HD, the video is tiny and there's a big black box around it. We don't want to go live with the upgrade when the player looks like this, so I can't send you a public URL. I can send you screen shots, or we could set up a VPN account for you (and tell you how to edit your /etc/hosts file to see our development server). How could we get help from you on this issue, since the site isn't live yet?

I already tried disabling all of the other plugins, to no avail.
