Stretching: Fill not working for Chrome

I am currently testing a player with the stretching: fill options.

What I am seeing is that this scales properly on all browsers except for Chrome.
In Chrome I am seeing that the player image is scaled to fill, but once the video loads the video is squashed as if the stretching is set to exact fit.

I have emailed support with a link.
