JW 6 Problem with multi-bit menu not displaying

We have a test page set up, which has three qualities of streaming. We are having issues with the multi-bit menu displaying on some devices as follows:

1.) The JW Player does not display the multi-bit menu on Mac (OS X 10.9.3) running Safari (7.0.4 (9537.76.4)). Question: How can we get this working?

2.) When running on iPad or Android Tablet, the JW Player does not display the multi-bit menu. Question: Should the JW Player display the multi-bit menu when running on a tablet? If a menu is not displayed by the JW Player when running on a Tablet, how can we know what quality level is selected?

This is because Safari on OSX and iOS do not support multiple qualities in <video>. Just the first is used. I would default to flash as primary for Safari on OSX.

Thank you for the quick response. What about the Android tablet? Is the multi-bit rate menu not supported on the Android tablet?
