iOS error on iPhone 5 and iPad 2

Hi,
I am hoping you can help me resolve this issue.
I am able to view the live stream from a windows or Mac computer but on my iOS devices I get this error message.

error loading player:
No playable sources found

the website is @ http://cctvjosh.noip.me

please let me know what info or code I will need to adjust to have smart phone streaming as well.

Hi,

That link to your web site is not working.

Is the live stream using RTMP by any chance? RTMP will not work on iPhones because RTMP is based on Flash. You would need an HLS stream in order to live stream to iOS.
