Compiling error

I am trying to compile my own JW Players for my 3 fansites, but Im getting these errors when trying to compile one

Encountered errors or warnings while building project Player.as.
PluginLoader.as: Definition mx.core.IFlexDisplayObject could not be found.
Strings.as: variable definition duplicates function parameter: basepath.
TooltipMenu.as: Assignment within conditional. Did you mean == instead of =?
