contact form in JWplayer

Is there a way to add a contact us bottom either as a plugin or add-on on the JWplayer to allow users to contact us for more information about the video?

You could change the right click message/link to support this. Otherwise, this can be done via custom plugin or possibly an overlay/Call-to-action similar to our blog here:
