System-bitrate value in smil file

I have a doubt about the configuration of the "system-bitrate" value in the smil file for flash synamic streaming (rtmp).
In the calculation of the value I have to consider also the audio?

For example if I have video 1200kbps + audio 128kbps the value should be system-bitrate="1228800" (1200 x 1024) or system-bitrate="1359872" (1328 x 1024)?
