Need universal Player Code to play different formats in playlist

Hello,
How are you, do you have the code for the your universal player to play different formats in playlist. I need to be able to play flv, mp4, f4v ,Wmv for playbacks in a playlist, those are the formats my clients use.

But I cant even find the code to even set them up! http://www.jwplayer.com/media/

For each item in the playlist, you need you set the type variable for each (mp4, flv, f4v, m4v, etc).
