Upload Video and Create Only One Format

Hi Support,


I am Uploading Video of 1Gb and its taking time to Upload .After Uploadign its create difrent format for that video is there any way to speed up process and Create only MP4 Format.

Are you using the player account or the platform account? By default, only the mp4 format is created.

Yes, with the platform, it will still create an mp4 format.
