Can't load videos into JW6 in Chrome

I have a user on our web app (app.nimia.com) reporting that videos across the app won't load.

We're using JW6. I believe player tells chrome to request an mp4 stored on AWS S3 but the request gets stuck in 'pending'.

It seems likely that the player is at fault - looking for any clues to help track this down.

User stats:

Chrome Version 35.0.1916.114

Mac OSX 10.9.3

Have tried:

Safari works fine

Disabling flash in Chrome, forcing JWPlayer to use html5 works fine

Visiting the mp4 file's url on S3 in Chrome works fine

Your videos are playing fine for me in Chrome Version 35.0.1916.153 on Mac 10.9.3 with Flash installed. The videos are also playing after I disable the Flash plugin.

Do you have a link to a specific video that is not playing?

It's only on his 2 Apple machines, where videos are not loading site-wide. We did a screen-share to verify.

Maybe a DNS issue?

Perhaps. Or maybe a Chrome plugin issue?

Yeah that's probably it. I ended up telling him how to disable flash in Chrome for just our domain, so he'll be using html5 fallback.

Thanks
