Sound but no video

Hi guys

I am using the cloud-hosted version jw player.
I created this page: http://bodyandmindsynergy.com/personaltraining/jwtest/

I see the video flash on the screen briefly then disappear and only hear sound.

I used handbrake to create an mp4 file that I uploaded to amazon s3.
In wordpress backend when creating the page, I clicked on add external media, used the amazon url for the video, chose the player, saved/updated.

Any ideas what's missing here?

No problem for me in any browser. What browser are you using? And what version of Flash?

Sometimes no video but sound is ok.
We use a free version of Jw player. Our videofiles are converted to MP4 with H.264 video codec , OGG and WEBM.
We have problems with video because it sometimes goes well, sometimes we hear only sound and watch a black screen in player in Firefox.
