Cross Domain policy error

Hi

We are using jw player enterprise edition in our organization to load the customer video, we are using rtmp protocol to load files from amazon s3 and the subtitles too, but the subtitles are not loading properly.

Getting crossdomain error on console even though i have crossdomain.xml file in my root folder at s3.

Can you please help me to solve this issue.
