Playback rate issue

I am trying to get the playback rate function to work on a website that uses JW player for streaming, but I can't figure out how to get it to work. I'm using Chrome browser with flash player disabled.

Do you have an example? Also, what kind of streaming? I believe this is only supported via MP4
