I did a little research at Microsoft’s developer site at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsphone/develop/ff462087(v=vs.105).aspx#BKMK_VideoSupport
and it appears that Windows Phone 8 does not support HLS or RTMP. Based on this, your only option for using JW Player would be to use an MP4 fallback, but that won’t help much if you’re trying to live stream.
