Counter and retention period

I would like to know how the JW Player define the count of the video is viewed. How many times will it count if I drag the progress bar several times when I watching a video? How about using cue point?

And I also want to know the retention period of the viewing history.

A view is counted when a video is played initially. Dragging the play bar does not affect this.
