Retina Support and Default Background Color on Hosted Player

We need help with a couple of configuration questions on our premium account.

1. Retina Support

There is very little clear explanation whether the hosted JW Player 6 version supports retina Displays out-of-the- box for the skin items.

We created a standard embed code and placed it on our site - and we don't see this working? The Thumbnail image is loaded into the player at double the size to provide some level of clarity. The controls remain blurry.

2. Black Player Box

Whilst the video is being loaded there is a black box flashing up. I believe this can her changed on the self-hosted version of the player by modifying the JS file. How can we do this using the embed controls on a hosted player? Hi,

1) Currently we are not offering retina support for our player.

2) This is not supported either. The black box is caused by the loading of the video itself.
