I have now paid via PayPal for my usage in JW platform. Exactly as last time, it does not work, I still do not get any space to upload videos!
Last time you said it was just a minor thing - but for me it is NOT!.
I have paid - please then give me what I have paid for. And - if it is not possible to pay via PayPal, please remove that option for payment.

For some reason PayPal does not notify our systems that a payment from you has come through, but most, if not all other transactions go through normally. We don’t know where the root cause lies, but given how limited the impact is, this doesn’t warrant disabling PayPal for all customers.
If you pay through credit card and don’t mind getting billed in US dollars, we can switch your account to US dollars. This will add another payments option that allows you to pay through a US dollar only payments provider that has never had these issues.
