Diagnosing delivery problems


We are hunting down an issue in figuring out why many of our pageviews do not have video plays (or pre-roll video plays)

As example, one video had 240K page views, 65K video plays, and 22K pre-roll ads. Theoretically, all of the numbers should have been at 240K. These numbers are according to Google Analytics. The numbers in your analytics lose about 25% of the total video plays.

We have done some testing on various browsers and IE 8 is the only one that consistently has video playback problems.

Do you have any advice as to how we might be able to diagnose what is going on? Are there any troubleshooting analytics you have available?
