My school uploaded an important video to JW Player, that's a must watch for class. I did not have JW Player so I had to download it. I'm still not able to watch the video what do I do. This is very important please help.

Our player is a tool for webmasters to embed videos on their own website. For cases such as these, you may need to install Adobe Flash player 10.1 or greater. For the most current version of Adobe Flash player, please visit their site here:

To clarify further, JW Player isn't something you have to install on your PC to watch videos. It's built into the web page you're visiting. There's nothing you have to download.

If the site won't play the videos for you, try another browser, like Chrome.
