its working in crome and safari but not loaded in firefox..

It doesn't work in any browser, and there's no mystery about it - the file simply isn't there:

404 - File not found

Wrong MIME type on the video. It needs to be video/mp4, rather than video/x-m4v.

Make sure to utilize an MP4 encoded with h.264 and AAC audio as well. Also, as Mr. Neutron said, make sure that your MIME type is set properly. Different browsers have different levels of pickiness with these settings.

Hello MisterNeutron ,

But i am using m4v video to play in jwplayer.

So its play in goggle chrome browser but not playing in Firefox fox browser .

So please give me suggest for that.

MIME is something that is configured on the server-side of things. The easiest way would be to contact your host to make this change.
