Media format problem

Hi,
I'm embedding a mp4, it plays ok in my chrome (Version 34.0.1847.137 m), IE 8 and Firefox (v. 29.0.1) but is not working on my iphone 5 (chrome and safari), or on my client's chrome or IE (not sure what versions)

The error I get is : Error loading media: File could not be played

I downloaded a sample mp4 which seems to work fine so I think maybe it's an issue with how we exported the video, using Adobe Premiere.

This is the site: http://www.hong-kong-web-design.com/clients/angloeastern/

First video (test video) is the sample I downloaded, the second is our actual video.
This is a link to a screenshot of our premiere export settings, http://www.hong-kong-web-design.com/clients/angloeastern/premiere.jpg

Thanks!

Always the same advice: run the video through Handbrake with default settings, plus check "Web optimized." If the resulting video works, you had an encoding problem.

Encode with HandBrake first, to test.
