Does the premium version allow you to be able to stream to all platforms without using native player on IOS and andriod devices?
Will I be able to HTML fallback if I am using RtMP.

You would need an HLS .m3u8 stream in order to stream to iOS devices. As a fallback for devices that cannot play HLS or Flash videos, you would need an .mp4 video.
