SiteCatalyst not working since 6.7


Hi,

We recently upgraded from JWPLAYER 6.5 to 6.8.
Now SiteCatalyst analytics are broken. Nothing gets sent to our Omniture account.

I did some tests and it looks like the problem comes from version 6.7.
In 6.5 and 6.6 everything is fine. I can see get requests made on the SiteCatalyst hostname.

Do you know if anything changed regarding SiteCatalyst implementation from version 6.7 ?

You are using the premium edition here and SiteCatalyst only works in the enterprise edition.

Hi Ethan,

We used your Enterprise contact form two days ago to get an Enterprise license and nobody called us....

I sent an email to premiumsupport@jwplayer.com few minutes ago too, is it possible to get an anwser quickly please ??
