Skin For JW5

I need a very basic audio skin, just a play/pause button, and volume. I see that all the skins are gone from the site, but does a skin like this exist?

If not, how would I go about creating one now?

If I want to make my own JW5 skin, is there anything special to be aware of or can I just create images and map them in the XML?
