Up until recently, analytics were providing average and total view times. Now they are reporting zero. We are trying to get a monthly report out on usage and really need the data. Any help you can provide regarding why we are not seeing the View Times and how to correct would be very helpful.

I had this problem as well. The time viewed stat used to show for all my live streams, but recently everything shows 0.
Time viewed for live streams is not supported, we mention that in our support guide.
Yeah I remember seeing that in the support guide recently so I know it's not supported now. It used to work up until a few months ago though, which is weird.

Looking at my historical stats, it looks like it stopped working sometime in February.
Yes, we had it running, but removed it because it wasn’t accurate at all.
Ah okay. That makes sense. I was just wondering. Do you know if there is a way that Google Analytics can do this?
