Video will not play in firefox on MAC or XP
We have issues with FF on certain OS. There seems to be no problem on chrome or safari
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Andy,
Yes, please provide a link. Firefox on Mac does not have a built-in support for HTML5 .mp4’s, so our player switches to Flash mode. If the end user does not have Flash installed, most videos won’t be able to play.
