rtsp streaming trouble

Hi,
i have an ip camera system that includes 8 cams. I want to live stream one of seletced camera. But i cant embed and setup my jwplayer for website.
my stream link is like:

rtsp://user:pass@ip:port/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1

how can i set it? what i have to do?

RTSP is not supported by either the JW Player, or Flash/HTML5 either.

Wowza supports RTSP, but it can’t be played in Flash or HTML5 though.
